I just purchased new quartz countertops from Solid Stone. They have excellent customer service to assist you through the planning, purchase and install. A few weeks after getting a quote from them, Wade called me to see how my project was coming along. I told him we had changed our mind from the quartz they had quoted us, and we were about to place our order with a different company. When he learned we were buying a stone they also sell, he asked if he could send us a quote to have a shot at our business. Solid Stone saved me $1300!

Extremely happy with the product and service. The installers were very efficient and professional. The quartz counter tops ordered for our bathroom vanities are absolutely gorgeous! We highly recommend the Solid Stone team. It was our first time choosing and installing new countertops. Coryn was very helpful and had a lot of options for us to choose from. She explained the process nicely and even accompanied us to the fabrication facility so we could look at our slab in advance. The measurements were precise and our countertops fit perfectly and look beautiful. Thank you Solid Stone team!

Great service and good follow up. I dealt with Wade initially, he quickly understood what I was looking for and made the process very easy. The table top I ordered was cut and polished to perfection, and the guys at the plant when picking up were awesome. An all around great experience.

We were doing renovations at our spa location, and everything was delayed on our end. The guys at Solid Stone were so sweet/understanding and came back multiple times until we were ready for them. Always pleasant, made us laugh, and the counter top looks amazing. Great work ethic, personality, and service. Nothing but great things to say about this company!

We are very glad that we selected Solid Stone Countertops and chose Alex as our designer. We had looked at other companies and received quotes. These other companies only went along with our suggestions even though they were poor choices for our home. As a long time designer, Alex guided us to choices that truly modernized our aging kitchen. At her suggestion we went to view granite slabs. In the end, we ended up choosing the stone she had originally suggested. We would not have arrived at these decisions without Alex’s advice and support. The end result is something that we will be very happy with for many year’s to come. The installers were professional and courteous as well. We would recommend Solid Stone Countertops to others.

They left my home as clean as it was prior to them arriving and did a fantastic job. They by far exceeded my expectation! Your team came again today and installed the small piece on our stub wall. What great guys they are! We are extremely happy you were able to get our beautiful quartz counter tops installed in one piece with no seams!! They look wonderful and I could not be happier!! Thank goodness they fit in the elevator, although it was a bit tricky!! You may get calls from other owners in our building! Very professional right from the first time we walked in the door! I was very impressed with the installers of my granite counter tops. […] They did such a good job on the seams, that if I hadn`t seen them carry it in, in 2 pieces, I would have thought it was a single piece. I was only able to find the seam because I knew exactly where it should be and could find a little indent under the counter… They were polite, considerate and friendly and it was obvious they take pride in the job they did. My kitchen looks gorgeous and I love the granite that Alex helped us pick out…

We recently purchased quartz countertops from Solid Stone. The entire experience was easy and stress free. Angel was patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable in helping us select the correct stone for our place. The office staff at Solid Stone were always available and willing to answer any questions we had. The installers Solid Stone sent were professional, respectful, and detail oriented. They were very careful working in our new kitchen, and made sure we were completely happy with the product and placement before gluing it in place. I am a customer with a million questions, and never felt Solid Stone was dismissing any of our concerns. It is rare to have such a positive experience during a renovation. We will be recommending Solid Stone to any family and friends looking for a new countertop!
