We are currently in need of an experienced Project Coordinator to join our sales team. If you are personable, highly organized and detail-oriented, able to multi-task and efficiently manage multiple stages of a project, we encourage you to apply. Duties include (but are not limited to): managing incoming leads, sales and customer estimates; processing payments; compiling accurate information for fabrication and scheduling teams; coordinating with vendors; overseeing multiple projects at different stages completion and ensuring high-quality output and customer service.

We are looking for a candidate who displays proven customer support, sales and/or project coordination experience; has excellent written and oral communication skills; displays the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively; and is flexible with a willingness to learn new skills.
