Maintenance: Stone countertops are very low-maintenance and require very little care. After about ten years, you’ll need to add a coat of sealer to your granite surfaces (a simple DIY process), but other than that, all stone needs to stay beautiful is regular washing with water and some dish soap. Prevent stains by wiping spills promptly and you’ll have beautiful surfaces indefinitely.
